We're a small, close-knit, family-run team based on the coast in North Beach, and we're on the lookout for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join us. You'll take on a premium portfolio with the support of a high-performing team, and for the right person, this role has the potential to grow into a Team Leader position.

- Proven property management experience (ideally at Senior level)
- Minimum 5 years' experience, with the drive to step into a Team Leader role
- WA Property Management Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Strong knowledge of WA legislation and processes
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Professional, proactive, and relationship-focused
- Current WA driver's licence and reliable vehicle
