We currently have 3 campuses located in Parramatta (Sydney), Gold Coast and Cairns.

We are currently looking for experienced Student Support Services member to work with our team to provide maximum services to our students.

Position Requirements

  • Provide a 'first point of contact' that will advise and link students to the most appropriate department and support service
  • Develop, liaise and work collaboratively with internal and external departments to develop strategies and processes to support students
  • Monitor progress and maintain confidential student case notes, records and communication logs
  • Monitor, Co-ordinate and adhere to the compliance requirements of the relevant legislation
  • Record student attendance records
  • Record assessment outcomes
  • Monitoring of academic progression
  • Provide counselling to the student on their academic matters
  • Creating intervention strategies
  • Download reports as required from the student management system and distribute to relevant stakeholders
  • Assist with course enquiries
  • Ensure adherence to operational policies, objectives and business plans.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
  • Previous experience working with International students in colleges/universities or international student agencies (At least 1 year)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Including Word, Excel & Email)
  • Good time management skills
  • Multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail

5 days a week 7.5 hours/ day

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year

Schedule
  • 8 hour shift
  • Morning shift

Ability To Commute/relocate
  • Parramatta, NSW 2150: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
