Program Director

We specialise in the successful delivery of large-scale, complex IT-enabled business transformation projects ranging from $1M to $1.4Bn with some of Australia's top companies. We have offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Manila.

We are looking for talented people who share our vision of delivering critical programs successfully in a way that inspires confidence, enhances transparency, and empowers teams. Due to the continued success and growth of Seven Consulting, we are currently seeking an experienced Program Director to join our delivery practice on a contract basis.

Your Role

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing large technology-based programs to ensure delivery on time, budget, and within quality, taking ownership, and overseeing the program through to completion.
• Work collaboratively with the client to align all key stakeholders into one team that has a shared vision and path to success. Ensuring transparency in reporting and all communications, solid stakeholder management, and implementing rigorous program management and control disciplines will enable you to meet the client's expectations and deliver a high-quality service.
• Working with other senior PMO and program professionals to provide your insights and collaborate with others to deliver a high-quality solution.
• Managing projects and programmes using waterfall, agile, or hybrid delivery methods as appropriate.
• Tenacity and resilience, remain calm under pressure situations

What you bring

• A successful track record of delivery managing multiple large $50M - 200M+ programs for blue chip clients
• Excellent references from previous employers and client sponsors
• High energy levels to ensure program delivery or turnaround success
• Natural team-building skills, having managed 40+ staff
• Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strategic relationships
• Experience in the delivery of programs using waterfall, agile, and hybrid techniques
• and high integrity will be your most significant attributes. Project Management qualifications are preferred but not essential.
