Position: Junior Sales Representative

Role Overview: Are you a dynamic and enthusiastic individual looking to kickstart your career in sales? Do you have a passion for media and a commitment to supporting the LGBTIQA+ community? If so, QNews Magazine has an exciting opportunity for three people As a Junior Sales Representative, you will be vital in driving our mission forward by connecting with clients, building relationships, and generating revenue to support our impactful work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients and advertisers up and down the eastern seaboard and beyond.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create innovative advertising packages and campaigns that align with client goals and our mission.
  • Participate in community events and networking opportunities to promote QNews Magazine and our offerings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of QNews Magazine.

Qualifications
  • Passion for the LGBTIQA+ community and a commitment to our mission.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with the media industry and advertising is advantageous.
