This is a permanent, full-time position offering an attractive annual salary of AUD 112,091. What you will do:

  • Undertake comprehensive mental, social and physical assessments of individuals with serious mental illness.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients, carers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Provide acute assessment and intervention for individuals experiencing psychiatric crises or at risk of self-harm.
  • Engage in case management and comprehensive documentation for seamless care delivery.
  • Coordinate and facilitate therapy sessions, providing education for clients and their families.
  • Contribute to policy and service development, ensuring compliance with mental health regulations.
  • Work in partnership with other health providers to ensure an integrated approach to mental health care.
  • Promote mental health awareness and contribute to community education initiatives.
