About The Role
As part of our continued growth and internal movements, the Northeast Auto Group have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist at our dealership in Shepparton.
As a receptionist, you play the critical role as the face of our business. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive the optimal quality standard of service, care, and attention in all interactions.
Day To Day You Will
- Direct all enquires, walk in, phone and email
- Provide a high-quality experience for customers and visitors
- Ensure the presentation of our reception area and meeting rooms are always impeccable
- Carry out a range of general administrative duties to support the team
- Provide assistance with clerical and administration duties
- Experience in a similar role or demonstrable experience in customer service (essential);
- A friendly, client-focused attitude;
- Current and valid drivers licence as there may be times when office errands need to be made
- Strong data entry and computer literacy skills with the ability to pick up new systems easily;
- Attention to detail;
- Ability to prioritise and multitask competing priorities;
- Ability to work autonomously;
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills;
