About the Role
We are seeking an organised, proactive Sales Support / Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will work closely with the Head of Sales, Key Account Manager, and Business Development Manager to streamline sales processes, coordinate partner and customer communication, and assist with vital administrative functions.
This is a key support role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day, and has excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Support the preparation and coordination of quotes, proposals, presentations, and tender documents
- Maintain CRM data integrity, ensuring all interactions and updates are accurately recorded
- Coordinate customer onboarding and ensure smooth handover from sales to operations
- Liaise with partners, fleet managers, and internal teams to facilitate vehicle demonstrations, trials, and deliveries
Administrative Support
- Assist in the creation and updating of customer-facing documentation including pricing sheets, sales policies, and product information packs
- Prepare reports and sales dashboards to support sales leadership with performance tracking
- Manage calendars and help coordinate meetings, presentations, and travel for sales team members
- Monitor stock availability and delivery timelines, providing internal updates as needed
- Assist in compliance and policy creation to support commercial processes and contracts
Partner & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for event support, communications, and product launches
- Support with vendor engagement, documentation and purchase order follow-ups where required
About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales support, coordinator, or similar admin role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Experience in the automotive or fleet industry is highly desirable but not essential
