Summary

We seek an experienced IT Operations Specialist to deliver against our IT Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Level 1 support, and Operational reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, excellent people skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in our IT services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver against our IT Help Desk KPIs, ensuring our internal and client objectives are met
  2. Develop and maintain operational reporting systems (Jira)
  3. Implement and maintain IT service management best practices
  4. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  5. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
  6. Ensure compliance with relevant IT policies, standards, and regulations
Qualifications & Experience
  1. 2+ years of experience in IT operations management
  2. Experience with cloud infrastructure and services
  3. Strong understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management principles
  4. Experience with IT service management tools and reporting systems (Jira & Confluence)
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  6. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (optional)
  8. Operational excellence and planning
  9. Performance management
  10. Customer service orientation and continuous improvement mindset
  11. Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
