As Manager, you will lead the strategic uplift of governance systems across the department by harnessing Microsoft 365 technologies and data platforms. Your work will drive digital transformation by developing connected, efficient solutions that improve planning, risk management, performance, and policy systems. This role is key to ensuring governance practices are secure, insightful, and aligned with enterprise architecture and ICT governance frameworks.

You Will

  • Lead the strategic uplift of governance systems used across the department by leveraging Microsoft 365 tools, driving innovation and adoption of emerging capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise-wide data structures to support consistent reporting, analysis, and secure information management.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements, design fit-for-purpose solutions, and promote successful system adoption.
  • Ensure compliance with ICT security, privacy, and governance standards.
  • Lead and develop a positive, engaged team culture that values wellbeing and continuous improvement.

About You
  • Proven experience designing, supporting, and delivering Microsoft 365-based data and governance solutions.
  • Strong skills in translating business needs into effective system architectures and managing ICT compliance requirements.
  • Experience leading cross-functional collaboration and vendor management to achieve project goals.
  • Skilled in managing teams with a focus on positive culture, development, and wellbeing.
  • Confident in applying DevOps practices and agile project management.
