Strategic Co-Founder Position

We are building a multi-vendor marketplace in the health and wellness vertical. Our goal is to create a platform that serves everyone in the value chain - retailers get efficiency, customers get accuracy, brands get fair representation.
Our platform is different from other marketplaces. We focus on honest commerce without pay-to-play search results or fake reviews.
As our Co-Founder, you will be responsible for completing the MVP, polishing the platform, and handling bugs and feature requests during beta testing and soft launch.
You will own significant equity and technical ownership of key systems.
Key Responsibilities:- We require full-stack development experience with 5+ years
- E-commerce or marketplace experience is preferred
- You should understand multi-vendor payments, inventory management, and complex business logic
- We use a modern tech stack, so willingness to work with it is necessary
- This role requires a full-time commitment to building this business
- You will receive a significant equity stake in a business with a clear revenue model
- You will have technical ownership and decision-making authority
- You will partner with someone who has 6+ years e-commerce experience
- You prefer corporate stability over startup uncertainty
- You want to rebuild the existing architecture in different technologies
- You're seeking part-time or consulting arrangements
