Secure Parking is the largest commercial car park operator in Australia and New Zealand. We're looking for energetic, self-starters to drive new site acquisitions to add to our portfolio of more than 550 sites.

About the role

Are you a relationship builder with excellent negotiation skills? This is an autonomous role with full accountability for territory targets. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment and will be rewarded with a generous base salary plus uncapped commission.

What we're looking for
  • A natural hunter who is proactive and can build a strong opportunity pipeline
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to negotiate lease agreements with landlords
  • A confident, outgoing person with excellent communication skills who can present opportunities and clearly articulate business and revenue drivers
  • A strong track record in sales, ideally in real estate or similar industries
Responsibilities
  • Drive new site acquisitions to expand the company portfolio
  • Manage territory targets and achieve ongoing sales growth
  • Negotiate lease agreements with landlords
  • Build and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline and present opportunities to stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record in driving revenue
  • Experience in real estate or related industries is preferred
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
