Secure Parking is the largest commercial car park operator in Australia and New Zealand.
We're looking for energetic, self-starters to drive new site acquisitions to add to our portfolio of more than 550 sites.

About the role
Are you a relationship builder with excellent negotiation skills? This is an autonomous role with full accountability for territory targets.
You'll be working in a fast-paced environment and will be rewarded with a generous base salary plus uncapped commission.
What we're looking for
A natural hunter who is proactive and can build a strong opportunity pipeline
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to negotiate lease agreements with landlords
A confident, outgoing person with excellent communication skills who can present opportunities and clearly articulate business and revenue drivers
A strong track record in sales, ideally in real estate or similar industries
Responsibilities
Drive new site acquisitions to expand the company portfolio
Manage territory targets and achieve ongoing sales growth
Negotiate lease agreements with landlords
Build and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline and present opportunities to stakeholders
Qualifications
Proven sales experience with a strong track record in driving revenue
Experience in real estate or related industries is preferred
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
