Overview

Cater Care is seeking a Part-time Chef for an Education/University site in Acton, ACT. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a real difference to those they serve each day.

Role

The Role: Cater Care seeks to appoint an engaging hospitality professional to a Part-time Chef position at a prestigious education site in Acton, ACT. Thursdays & Fridays 11.30am till 8pm.

What This Role Involves
  • Preparing and presenting food
  • Stock ordering, rotation and stocktaking
  • Maintaining a clean working environment
  • Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices
  • Providing fast, effective service with a positive attitude
Desired Skills And Experience
  • Experience in kitchens and food preparation
  • Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (advantage)
  • Previous experience in or catering (advantage)
