Business Development Recruitment Specialist

Work with our organization in a diverse and dynamic environment to source and acquire talent for your regional portfolio. You will support end-to-end recruitment strategies, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including those in People & Culture.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of talent acquisition plans and strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Lead to identify future needs and activities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment processes and programs
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources or recruitment
- Demonstrated ability to drive and manage end-to-end recruitment in a diverse and busy service environment
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Strong organizational skills and experience using HRIS and multi-media platforms
