What are we looking for?

Another exciting opportunity to join our National Work + Road Team are now seeking experienced Lawyers to come and join Sydney West region. We are open to genuine discussions around flexible work arrangements however this role will be based out of our Penrith office. Ideally, you will have prior practicing experience in plaintiff personal injury law with post admission experience.

In addition to taking on a wide range of challenging legal matters, you can manage and strengthen existing community relationships along with initiating and building new networks.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

- Management of a file load
- Provide clear, practical and concise legal and commercial advice
- Identifying practical and innovative solutions for clients
- Building rapport with our clients in an empathetic and understanding way

What will you bring?
- Proven Post Admission Experience
- Previous experience and a passion for Personal Injury law
- Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills
- Exceptional negotiation skills and an ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
- Experience in running multiple files end to end
- Demonstrated skills in effective network and relationship management
- Ability to exercise judgement and resolve problems quickly
- Be a team player with a friendly and compassionate demeanour
