About the role:

As the Team Leader, you'll:

  • Lead the development and implementation of agency-wide communication strategies.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior leaders and stakeholders to influence policy and organisational outcomes.
  • Oversee large-scale communications projects, ensuring alignment with government objectives.
  • Manage a team of communications professionals, guiding their development and project delivery.
  • Coordinate high-level documentation and business cases for senior management approval.

About you:

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience in corporate communications or similar fields.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, flexible, and customer-focused mindset.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
