Sales Coordinator (Mandarin speaking is preferred)

This position is responsible for managing various administrative tasks related to sales activities, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating effective communication within the sales department and with external clients. This role provides a pathway to a sales position, offering career growth opportunities for high performers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing sales proposals, quotes, and contracts. Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, and services in a timely and professional manner. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate sales representatives or managers for resolution.
  • Assist in building and maintaining good relationships with existing customers through follow-up emails and organizing customer visits.
  • Develop and follow potential clients by emails and client visiting.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on sales data on a regular basis. Use data analysis tools to identify areas for improvement and provide insights to the sales team and management.
  • Track conversion rates and customer acquisition costs to optimize sales workflows.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales administration or a similar role. Experience in FMCG industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Problem-solving skills, a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
