Job Requirements

PRIOR barista EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL (minimum 2 years in a high paced environment)

A love for coffee and an eagerness to learn

Exceptional customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and a creative touch in latte art

Your Role

As a Barista, you'll be responsible for:

  • Brewing and serving exceptional coffee and espresso drinks
  • Engaging with customers, making their day with your friendly demeanour
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Showcasing your creativity through latte art

As FOH, You'll Be Responsible For
  • Customer Service: Greet warmly, be attentive, resolve issues quickly.
  • Operations: Take accurate orders, serve efficiently, handle payments, assist with open/close duties.
  • Cleanliness: Keep dining area, service stations, and tables clean and stocked.
  • Teamwork: Communicate clearly, support colleagues, work flexibly during busy times.
  • Professionalism: Be punctual, in uniform, represent the café positively, and show initiative.
