Spanian's Kebabs is on the hunt for a standout Manager to take charge. This isn't your average management role — you'll be leading a tight-knit crew, serving up quality eats, and growing a loyal local community from day one

What You'll Be Doing
  • Running the show: Oversee daily food truck operations, including opening/closing, rostering, stock management, and quality control
  • Leading the team: Train, coach, and motivate FOH and BOH crew to deliver top-tier service and maintain strong team morale
  • Serving with pride: Handle customer interactions, resolve issues with professionalism, and ensure everyone leaves with a smile
  • Keeping it clean & compliant: Ensure all health, hygiene, and food safety standards are consistently met

  • Strong communication, initiative, and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on and not afraid to jump into service when it's pumping
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends on a rotating roster

Pay: $60,000.00 – $67,000.00 per year
