As we continue to grow, we're on the lookout for a passionate and commercially savvy Key Sales & Account Manager to strengthen distributor relationships, pursue growth opportunities, and deliver results.
About the RoleReporting directly to the General Manager, you'll lead the charge in managing strategic distributor accounts across Australia. You'll be the link between EDMO and our valued customers, ensuring seamless service delivery while identifying opportunities to expand product offerings and value-added support. Your mission? Foster high-performing partnerships, generate sustainable revenue, and contribute to EDMO's ongoing success in the mining sector.
What You'll Do- Build, manage and grow strong relationships with key distributors and end-users.
- Provide accurate and timely quotations and proposals.
- Use CRM insights to identify trends and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Conduct regular account reviews and implement strategic sales plans.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Analyze sales data and market intelligence to inform decisions.
- Drive KPIs and negotiate commercial outcomes aligned with business goals.
- Identify and penetrate new markets and industries to expand EDMO's reach.
- 3–5+ years of B2B account management or sales experience.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management and solution selling.
- Commercial acumen and confidence in negotiating.
- A proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- High-level communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Experience expanding into new markets and industries.
- CRM-savvy? Your experience with HubSpot or similar tools to drive smarter sales and stronger client relationships.
- Experience or exposure to the mining, industrial, or mechanical equipment sector highly regarded.
- A Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Business or related discipline (desirable).
