We are seeking a dedicated Rostering & HR Coordinator to join our Norwest Head Office team. This pivotal role combines workforce coordination with HR support, ensuring staff feel valued, rosters run smoothly, and services remain compliant and person-centred.
What you'll do- Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the full employee journey from advertising, interviews, and reference checks, to contracts, inductions, and performance reviews, ensuring every new team member feels welcomed and prepared.
- Rostering Excellence: Build and maintain rosters that match staff skills with participant needs, ensuring continuity of care, service reliability, and SCHADS Award compliance. You'll also problem-solve last minute changes and support high fill rates.
- Compliance & Quality: Monitor trainings, certifications, and staff checks to ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, Fair Work legislation, and internal policies. Contribute to audits, reporting, and continuous improvement.

- Operational Support: Provide reports and workforce dashboards, escalate risks where necessary, and support the leadership team with key projects.
- Experienced in HR, rostering, or workforce coordination (3+ years in a similar role in NDIS, aged care, or related sectors).
- Organised, detail oriented, and calm under pressure.
- Skilled in using rostering and CRM systems (Visual Care or similar).
- Knowledgeable in the SCHADS Award and NDIS Practice Standards.
- A strong communicator who values diversity, teamwork, and professional integrity.
- Workplace Culture: We invest in people, not just processes, celebrating milestones, recognising hard work, and supporting professional growth.
- Impactful work: Every roster you coordinate and every staff member you support directly contributes to the wellbeing and independence of our participants.
- Collaborative environment: Work alongside a supportive leadership team that values initiative, creativity, and shared success.
- Stable and rewarding role: Office based, full-time position in our Norwest Head Office, with the opportunity to grow as our organisation expands.
