What you'll do- Manage a portfolio through all stages of the broking process, with support from the Broking Team.
- Develop strong working relationships with Strata Managers and Underwriters to support business retention and growth.
- Confidently manage and respond to queries from Customers and Underwriters.
- Maintain and develop knowledge of legislation, products and systems.
- Commitment to honesty, integrity and transparency.
- Customer-centric perspective, with the desire to go the extra mile.
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise tasks under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Good level of computer literacy.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Flexibility to assist others, as and when required.
- Strata insurance experience
- Tier 1 RG146
- Minimum 4+ years' experience in a financial service or customer service role
- Experience and comfortable using a wide range of technology tools
