About the opportunityAt Mercy Health, each moment, no matter how small, truly matters - and as a Personal Care Assistant, you'll make a genuine difference when it's needed.
Responsibilities- Provide quality resident-focused care utilising a person-centred approach and in accordance with care plans, Aged Care Standards and policies/procedures of Mercy Health.
- Provide accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident care.
- Work in consultation with other staff to provide relevant and timely information.
You're resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart. Most importantly, you are committed to delivering exceptional person-centred care.
- Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
- A compassionate, flexible and positive approach.
- The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- NDIS Clearance OR proof of Application and recent police check
