We are excited to announce a newly created position at our Rydalmere location – Sales Coordinator.

ALS Food and Pharmaceutical is seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our team and provide vital support to the Marketing and Sales Manager in daily operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the role and make it your own within a supportive, global organisation.

The day to day

· Administration and sales support

· Preparation and manage quotes and tenders.

· Responding to website enquiries as primary respondent.

· Configuration of clients in Angle, including pricing.

· Networking via key associations and events.

· Coordination of conference attendance and sponsorship opportunities.

· Provide support to Sales & Marketing Manager.

· Maintain data and sales, generate reports

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

The Essentials

· Pro-active, solution-oriented and self-motivated

· 1-3 years' experience in customer service, client liaison and business development.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills.

· Ability to develop working relationships.

· Client focused and flexible to client needs.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
