Overview

A dynamic and community-focused hospitality group is seeking a Sales Manager to drive the next phase of its journey — launching new venues, growing membership, and building strong commercial partnerships. With ambitious plans to open five food and beverage venues in five years, this is your chance to step into a key leadership role with ownership, influence, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead sales strategy for new and existing venues, driving revenue across bistro, golf, membership, and events
  • Build pipelines for corporate functions, private events, and group bookings
  • Develop and manage relationships with community groups, local businesses, and key partners
  • Deliver on sales KPIs, reporting directly to leadership and the Board
  • Represent the group at industry expos and networking events – including some interstate travel
  • Work closely with operations and front-of-house teams to ensure every guest interaction is a sales opportunity

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
