Overview

Counter Sales - Balcatta - WA at Middy's Electrical. Reporting to the Branch Manager we are seeking an ambitious and motivated electrical wholesale salesperson to join the team at our Balcatta Branch in Western Australia. You will need to be customer service focused, open to learning and career minded. We are looking for someone with drive and ambition to be an integral part of the growth at this branch.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with customer enquiries face to face and over the phone
  • Counter sales including customer development
  • Follow up and providing notification of outstanding orders
  • Maintaining a professional store presentation
  • Assisting with receipt and dispatch of products
  • Pick, Pack and delivery of orders to customers
  • Stock management
  • Raising quotations and quotation follow-up
  • Comply with company & customer QHSE standards & policies
  • Contribute to continuous improvement
