Company Overview

Our client is a leading innovator in manufacturing and distributing long steel products. They are Australia's only fully vertically integrated steel manufacturing company, utilising scrap metal recycling and downstream distribution.

Position Details

They are seeking experienced second-class welders with MIG and stick tac welding experience to assist with manufacturing a wide variety of steel for concrete infrastructure based at their St Mary's warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welding of steel products - MIG and Stick tac
  • Machine operating experience may be required
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting where required
  • General warehouse duties
Essential Criteria
  • Previous MIG and/or stick tac welding experience
  • Second class welding experience
  • Machine operating experience ideal but not essential
  • A good level of physical fitness
  • Comfortable with manual handling - able to lift 20kg-25kg consistently
  • Hardworking, self-motivated attitude
  • Availability Monday to Friday
