About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager. This is a career-defining opportunity to work with a well-established construction company delivering high-quality industrial projects nationally.

14 projects currently in the pipeline means this is an additional position, due to growth and repeat clients in the market

What You'll Be Doing

Overseeing end-to-end project delivery from design to handover
Managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution
Leading site teams to drive productivity and ensure quality standards
Ensuring all work is compliant with safety and building regulations
Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and consultants to maintain strong relationships
What We're Looking For
Proven experience managing industrial, warehouse, or commercial projects
Strong leadership, contract administration, and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of construction methodologies, procurement, and site management
Ability to manage timelines and budgets effectively
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
