Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing, customer-focused retail team
  • Oversee store operations including stock control, merchandising, safety, and compliance
  • Drive store profitability through sales performance and operational efficiency
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve service issues proactively
  • Recruit, coach, and inspire your team to achieve results and grow within the business

  • Proven experience in retail management, ideally in high-volume or large-format environments
