Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Advisor or Assistant Manager to join our Business & Tax team in Wollongong due to continued growth.
- Provide tax and accounting advice and solutions to a diverse portfolio including small to medium-sized entities, family and privately owned businesses, trusts and partnerships, foreign subsidiaries, and small listed entities.
- Develop technical expertise across services such as tax and accounting compliance, and business/tax advisory work for middle-market clients.
- Lead client engagements, maintain regular contact, and participate in client presentations and meetings with senior leaders.
- Mentor less experienced team members and support their professional development.
- Experience in tax, accounting, or business services in a similar environment.
- Passion for ongoing learning.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to establish and develop effective professional relationships.
- Innovative mindset for creating solutions in a changing service delivery landscape.
We consider candidates who are mid-way through or have completed their CA / CPA program, or equivalent.
