Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Advisor or Assistant Manager to join our Business & Tax team in Wollongong due to continued growth.

  1. Provide tax and accounting advice and solutions to a diverse portfolio including small to medium-sized entities, family and privately owned businesses, trusts and partnerships, foreign subsidiaries, and small listed entities.
  2. Develop technical expertise across services such as tax and accounting compliance, and business/tax advisory work for middle-market clients.
  3. Lead client engagements, maintain regular contact, and participate in client presentations and meetings with senior leaders.
  4. Mentor less experienced team members and support their professional development.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in tax, accounting, or business services in a similar environment.
  • Passion for ongoing learning.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to establish and develop effective professional relationships.
  • Innovative mindset for creating solutions in a changing service delivery landscape.
Qualifications

We consider candidates who are mid-way through or have completed their CA / CPA program, or equivalent.
