Overview

CAKE DECORATOR

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about cake decorating and who can bring creativity and cake decorating experience to our team.

Our bakehouse is growing, and we now have opportunities for experienced Cake Decorators to join our team of creative pastry cooks in Keilor Park, VIC.

We are Ferguson Plarre Bakehouse, a brand focused on making people smile and delighting in serving up moments of joy for the whole family.

Responsibilities
  • Decorate cakes to high quality standards, including a range of techniques from intricate piping to fondant work.
  • Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders and meet production targets.
  • Ensure food safety, HACCP, and quality standards are met.
Qualifications
  • Trade qualifications (pastry or equivalent) desirable, however not essential if highly experienced.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Punctuality and reliability.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced food environment is essential.
