At My Dream Cake, we're more than just a retailer—we're a cake decorator's paradise As Melbourne's largest one-stop shop for cake decorating supplies, we proudly operate three spacious retail stores and serve a loyal customer base across Australia.

What We're Looking For

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Sales Advisor with a passion for customer service and ideally, an interest in baking or cake decorating If you're energetic, detail oriented, and enjoy working in a creative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous team leading experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
  • Fast learner, self motivated with positive initiative and attention to detail
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in cake decorating or baking is a huge bonus (but not essential)

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system with confidence
  • Providing friendly, helpful customer service via phone, email and in person
  • Picking, packing, and managing online orders
  • Restocking and organising shelves promptly and neatly
  • Merchandising and maintaining appealing visual displays
  • Assisting with stocktakes and placing stock orders
  • Assisting Store Manager with operational duties
