The Opportunity
Nestled in the heart of Sydney's Hills District, Bella Vista Haven is a premium resort-style retirement village that is undergoing exciting growth and development. In this new role of Senior Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for a wide range of administration duties to support the smooth day-to-day running of this growing community. If you have a passion for customer service, administration, and are looking for variety in your workday, you'll enjoy this exciting opportunity
This is a permanent part-time opportunity working Tuesday-Thursday 8am-4pm

You will
- Complete a wide range of administrative duties, including reception tasks (answering phones, greeting residents and visitors)
- Be the first point of contact for residents, deescalate any initial concerns and deliver gold-standard service
- Support in the daily operations of village services including maintenance/facilities requests, safety & security, events & activities and responding to emergencies
- Take ownership of compliance administration including ensuring safety checklists are up to date, audits are complete and maintenance tasks are scheduled
- Maintain all compliance administration by ensuring policies are up to date and checklists are completed as needed
- Complete general ad-hoc duties delegated to you by the Community Manager and provide vital support to them in their absence
- Have a passion for building on resident satisfaction and engaging with multiple stakeholders at once
What you will bring
- Experience in a customer-facing Administration or Reception role (such as Retirement Villages, Tourism, Corporate Offices or Hospitality)
- Intermediate computer skills and adaptability to learn new software programs
- Adaptable and friendly persona that will enjoy building relationships with residents
- Self-motivated attitude who enjoys variety in their work day
