You will report to the Construction Area Manager and be a key member of the Sydney Construction Team. In this role, you will focus on delivering outstanding quality homes that exceed our customers\' expectations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Management of tradespeople and subcontractors on sites across the South Sydney region
• Coordinating site logistics, material delivery, and resource allocation
• Inspecting completed work to ensure high quality in alignment with construction codes and contractual obligations
• Ensuring homes are completed on time and within budget
• Completing project milestone tasks in our systems (Companion)
• Ensuring all visitors to sites understand compliance with the Safety Management System and WH&S legislation
• Liaising with customers and council to provide unbeatable customer service
• Ensuring required documentation and paperwork is completed during the building process

You will share a passion for our purpose to be Australia's number one residential builder and align with our core values. You will demonstrate:

• Experience in residential construction in a leadership, project management or client-focused capacity
• Either trade qualifications or a tertiary construction qualification
• Strong project management ability to coordinate multiple service providers and suppliers
• Knowledge of basic methods, practices, tools, materials and standards for residential homes
• Ability to identify defects or problems proactively and take corrective actions
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and planning abilities
• Current driver's license
