About the role

As a disability support worker with our organisation, you will have the opportunity to work closely with individuals with disabilities to help those lead fulfilling lives. We are looking for dedicated support workers to join our Melbourne team to assist clients in their homes and access the community. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personalised care and support based on individual needs and preferences
  • Assisting with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, community access, and general day-to-day activities
  • Building meaningful relationships with clients to foster trust and communication
  • Promoting independence and empowering individuals to achieve their goals
