Role Overview Role Overview You will be using real-time data, industry trends, your wits and experience to make product decisions. Refining ideas through experimentation and iteration, using data to validate your hypothesis. In this role you will deep-dive into our vast amount of real-time data in order to support your hunches and product decisions. You will have a firm grasp of your product KPIs and an understanding of your players and their journeys.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify areas for improvement; make hypotheses; plan, execute and analyse A/B tests to improve business metrics.
  • Analyse large, complex data sets representing the behaviour of millions of mobile game players to address strategic and operational business questions.
  • Conduct user behaviour deep dives, identifying patterns in critical usage aspects such as playing, purchasing and churning.
  • Use pre/post analyses to understand how product and ecosystem changes are affecting users and the business.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and other stakeholders to define meaningful metrics and KPIs.
  • Define and build user segments that deliver business value.
  • Partner with and support Live Operations analysts in defining pricing policy and game economy.
  • Provide actionable recommendations and conclusions from game data to shape features and future product roadmaps
  • Experience or interest in Mobile Gaming.
  • Strong analytical thinker, able to deep dive into details as well as command a holistic view of a product.
  • Experience reading and creating dashboards in order to gain a better understanding of a product.
  • Experience with visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau, and Excel and solid SQL capabilities.
  • Ability to make decisions on product roadmaps, features & strategies based on data, market trends & experience.
  • Incredible communication skills, ability to articulate complicated data concisely and ask the right questions to understand requirements.

  • Experience or interest in Mobile Gaming.
