Are you a skilled and compassionate administrator with a warm phone manner and a knack for keeping things running smoothly? Our Community Aged Care organisation is seeking a dedicated Administration & Reception professional to be the welcoming face and reliable support behind our care services.

About the Role

This is a pivotal position within our team, combining front-of-house reception duties with behind-the-scenes administrative support. You'll play a key role in maintaining our high standards of care and communication, while helping coordinate staff schedules and ensuring our clients feel valued from the very first interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with staff rostering and schedule adjustments

Managing general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and correspondence

Greeting visitors and answering calls with professionalism and empathy

Supporting care staff and management with day-to-day operational needs

Maintaining accurate records and confidentiality at all times

What We're Looking For

Familiarity with rostering systems and scheduling processes

Proven experience in administration and reception (aged care or healthcare highly regarded)

Outstanding phone manner and interpersonal communication skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

A proactive, team-oriented attitude willing to take on new tasks

A genuine commitment to long-term employment and contributing to a caring community
