The Food & Beverage team are currently recruiting for an experienced Supervisor to oversee the day to day operations within one of our busiest outlets - Terrace Café.

Southern Terrace Café is your midnight snack central Open until early hours of the morning, our customers can find the perfect selection of take away food, snacks, coffee, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

A little about the opportunity..

In this very busy outlet, the Shift Supervisor will assist the Food & Beverage Operations Managers to lead the team ensuring smooth service and the highest level of customer service is provided at all times.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a high-volume, fast paced environment. In addition to excellent time management skills and customer service abilities we are looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience in Supervision and leadership (preferable)
  • excellent communication skills
  • experience making coffee and preparing alcoholic beverages
  • Knowledgeable working with POS systems
  • Excited about supervising, training, and leading future hospitality super stars
  • Well presented with strong attention to detail
  • Experienced with maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions, stock ordering, stocktaking.
  • Availability to work a rotating roster including weekend work.

Operating Hours

Monday – Thursday & Sunday
8:30am – 4:00am
Friday – Saturday
8:30am – 6:00am
