About The Role

With your experience in House and Land Coordinator or 12 months as a Sales Consultant in a Land Sales role, your primary focus is to support our Queensland Housing Business in completing H&L Packages for our Retail Housing team. Reporting to the State Sales Manager - (Glenvill Retail), your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities
  • Prepare House & Land packages for the sales team (using Runway) - primary function - (previous experience using Runway preferred but not essential)
  • Read & understand engineering drawings, Plan of Subdivisions & Estate Design Guidelines
  • Source land to package onto
  • Develop or leverage existing relationships with land agents
  • Manage stock list/portal
  • General admin support for the sales team
  • Liaise with internal Sales Consultants on retail packages
  • Provide reports and workflow documentation as appropriate
  • Maintain a professional approach in all dealings with clients face to face, by telephone or in writing
About You

At Glenvill we believe quality is an attitude not an outcome. Previous experience in a similar role within the residential construction industry is highly desirable. You will typically possess a sound level of acumen across the Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word and Excel).
