Position: Events Executive

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate and execute hotel events, functions, and social gatherings.
  2. Create detailed Banquet Event Orders tailored to client needs.
  3. Manage event arrangements to exceed guest expectations and foster a sense of community.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to maximize business opportunities.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with guests through engaging experiences and service.
  6. Support customer loyalty strategies by providing welcoming and personalized guest interactions.
  7. Coordinate with associates and departments as the main contact for events and functions.
About You:
  • Relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Legal working rights in Australia.
