Job DescriptionAs the P&C Coordinator, you'll work alongside the GM and HR Advisor to support HR initiatives, coordinate employee programs, and ensure the workforce feels valued and empowered.
Your Responsibilities Will Include- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
- Supporting employee engagement activities and wellbeing initiatives
- Managing HR administration and maintaining accurate records
- Driving diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies
- Providing HR support to employees and managers
- Managing the HR inbox
- Proactive and approachable attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in an HR admin position
- Knowledge of employment regulations and best practices
- Passion for fostering an inclusive and engaged workplace
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing demands
- Team player who takes pride in responsibilities
