BINGO industries are looking for our newestProduction Process Operatorthis is an exciting opportunity working out ofSheldon.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage and control a team of leading hands / labours / pickers to collect and sort out materials of interest for recycling as directed by their manager
  • Take responsibility for the overall safety and wellbeing of their team and all external visitors
  • Take responsibility for ensuring their team performs all duties in a way that conserves the environment and complies with BINGO procedures
  • Liaise with the Maintenance team on plant service and repair requirements, when directed to do so.
  • Lead, manage and control a team of leading hands and labours to support the site maintenance activities when required to do so.
  • Prepare shift reports, conduct pre-start inspections and maintain all production related documentation in order, as required and directed by their line manager and internal procedures
  • Be positive and drive THE BINGO CULTURE, managing their team with respect
  • Carry out all duties in line with Bingo's policies, procedures and processes as amended

What makes you a GOgetter:

  • Working knowledge of waste classification
  • Demonstrated experience in the effective transfer and application of knowledge of principles to practices
  • Demonstrated experience in the application of workplace health and safety practices and procedures
  • Experience with the use of computer and a working knowledge of office software packages (MS Office)
  • Experience in the waste/recycling industry
  • Experience in reporting the overall success of the team as well as individual team members achievement of Key Performance Indicator's (KPI's)
