Marketing and Activations Specialist

About us:

Curtin Heritage Living is a dynamic not for profit provider of aged care services in the western suburbs of Perth. Based oceanside in beautiful Cottesloe, our services include independent living, residential aged care, specialist care, in-home care and our community Arts and Culture program - The Heritage Collective.

About the role:

In this new and exciting role, you will coordinate the planning and execution of marketing initiatives and activations across Curtin Heritage Living and The Heritage Collective. The role will also provide input into strategic planning as related to The Heritage Collective. Key to your success is your ability to seamlessly work across portfolios and collaborate with and advise internal stakeholders on communication and marketing needs.

We would also love for you to possess good commercial acumen, experience with growing brand awareness, be able to demonstrate positive ROI on marketing initiatives, experience with community engagement and overseeing high-quality activations. Please note some flexibility regarding working hours is required, as, from time to time you may need to work outside of standard working hours. You will receive time in lieu as needed. We are happy to chat more about this at the interview stage.

What you will bring to the role:

  • You thrive in an energetic environment, love multiple projects and you love a deadline
  • You can work within a structure, but are comfortable and responsive to changing environments.
  • You have strong digital marketing skills, with hands-on experience in socials and content creation for various platforms including Canva.
  • You have a tertiary qualification in PR, Marketing or Communications, as well as 5+ years of experience.
  • You've got a flair for creating well written and engaging content for traditional and digital channels.
  • You've also got a flair for space activation and function coordination.
  • You're a natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills who can influence and advise stakeholders from all parts of a business.
  • You always keep your customers at the centre of what you do, both internal customers and external.
