Grow yourself personally and professionally with a company that's growing with you, by global expansion and product offering.As a Premium Client Account Manager you'll join the Premium Client Management Team that manages relationships with high-value clients across one of the world's leading online trading platforms. This hybrid role combines account management with business development, giving you direct responsibility for managing a portfolio of premium clients whilst driving revenue growth.Your career progression is clearly mapped out in this position. You'll fast-track your learning in financial markets whilst building expertise in client relationship management and business development. Our culture club provides opportunities for everyone whether you're into fitness, pizza making classes, socialising or bringing out your competitive side in trivia or lawn bowls**What you'll be working on*** Providing proactive end to end, high quality relationship management for a portfolio of high-value clients to ensure a positive, tailored experience and optimising revenue growth for the business.* Proactively responding to and managing inbound client queries through Phone and Email professionally and efficiently.* Identifying and realising opportunities to educate high-value clients on our products and range of services.* Identifying and cross selling additional products and services to existing clients.**What Type Of Person Will Be Successful**You thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments where building genuine relationships drives commercial success. You'll have 1-3 years' experience in either a sales, relationship management or customer service role within the financial markets industry.
