About the Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Women's Health team as a Senior Physiotherapist, where you will:

• Demonstrate advanced clinical expertise in complex obstetric and gynaecological physiotherapy, including pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic pain, and adolescent presentations.
• Maintain a clinical caseload while providing supervision, support, and development for junior physiotherapy staff.
• Lead the development, evaluation, and improvement of Women's Health Physiotherapy services in line with best practice.
• Provide expert consultancy and education across WCHN, regional SA, and interstate health services.
• Promote a positive, collaborative team culture and actively contributes to clinical education, research, and safety initiatives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A Degree or other qualification which entitles registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
• Demonstrated ability to provide specialised clinical skills in the evidence-based physiotherapy management of complex obstetric and gynaecological conditions.
• Ability to communicate effectively to a range of staff and consumers on sensitive and complex issues.
• Capability to work autonomously to balance competing demands and priorities, demonstrating resilience, composure, and resolve.
• Ability to critically appraise service delivery and positively promote change in response to demand and/or client needs.
• Extensive obstetric and gynaecological physiotherapy clinical experience.
