Join National 360 as a passionate Senior Physiotherapist and contribute to driving and leading positive change for clients with our North Adelaide team.

What You'll Do

• Manage a caseload tailored to your interests, whether that's neurological, hydrotherapy, assistive technology, paediatrics, aged care or a diverse generalist mix through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.
• Enjoy flexibility in setting your appointments, working from home and joining the team in the Adelaide office.
• Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support with a strong focus on work-life balance.
• Collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and physiotherapists dedicated to making a real community impact.
• Use your skills to motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Play an active role in senior team meetings and initiatives that encourage growth and team development.
• Provide clinical supervision to occupational therapists and university students, sharing your expertise and nurturing new talent.
• Take part in team social events, lunches, and celebrations to build connections and enjoy a positive workplace culture.

Who You Are

• You hold a relevant Tertiary Qualification in Physiotherapy.
• You have 3+ years experience working as a Physiotherapist.
• You have 1+ years experience working directly with NDIS client.s
• You will be available to work full-time.
• You have full Australian working rights.
• You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence.
• You have or willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with children check.
