About the Role: We're on the lookout for an experienced Landscape Leading Hand / Bobcat Operator to join our growing team. This full-time role offers a four-day work week (10-hour days), with regular overtime opportunities and nearly every weekend off.

Working primarily on new housing developments across South West Brisbane, you'll be responsible for site preparation, soft landscaping, and operating machinery. If you're looking for a role that values hard work, attention to detail, and offers long-term career progression, this is your chance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and level sites for residential builders landscaping projects.
  • Operate Bobcats and other machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Perform soft landscaping tasks, including garden edging, mulching, planting, laying turf, and paving.
  • Allocate tasks and supervise team members to meet project deadlines.
  • Order and collect materials for job sites.
  • Assist with manual landscaping tasks when required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 2 years in soft landscaping and 1 year operating Bobcats.
  • Licences & Qualifications: Medium Rigid (MR) licence (required). Construction White Card. Bobcat ticket (preferred, but not essential). Current driver's licence with reliable vehicle access.
  • Personal Attributes: Punctual, reliable, and hardworking. Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work. A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
