**The Company**

**The Role**
You will report directly to the Construction Manager delivering North Brisbane based Townhouse Projects within reasonable time frames. You will be an enthusiastic and motivated tradesmen with a background in carpentry who has a proven record of delivering high quality townhouse developments.

**The Requirements**
You will have a Site Supervisors or Builders License and previous experience building townhouses. You will have strong capabilities to schedule and plan ahead and have experience using tablet based software programs.

**The Reward**
