Join the Sales Arm of a Leading Property Management Company

We are expanding into residential sales and looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our large rent roll and tap into strong, ongoing demand from landlords ready to sell.

About the role

This is a hands on sales role suited to someone who's already closed deals and wants to drive business growth by building and managing a high-performance sales team.

Your responsibilities

  • Prospecting and client follow up
  • Managing vendor and buyer relationships
  • Running open homes and private inspections
  • Negotiating sales and closing deals
  • Handling sales document and admin
  • Maintaining an up to date and organised CRM
  • Supporting marketing campaigns and reporting

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in residential property sales, with a strong track record of results
  • Leadership experience or clear ability to manage and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
  • Team player with initiative and hunger to grow
  • Experience using Eagle CRM and CoreLogic
  • Current Real Estate licence or Certificate of Registration
